About the event
Introduction to Ecotherapy: Integrating the Healing Power of Nature into your Practice
In this training clinicians will learn to help clients attain a deep and meaningful experience of connection with themselves and with nature by taking therapy outdoors. This training will introduce practitioners to the core principles and theories of ecotherapy, indigenous wisdom, as well as practical and ethical issues when moving therapy out of the office. In addition, we will teach ecotherapy interventions from different theoretical frameworks and facilitate participants practicing with each other.
Saturday, October 25th from 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Sunday, October 26th from 9:00 AM- 4:00 PM

Cost: $450 or $600 Including 6 Month supervision for Ecotherapy Certificate $250 for graduate students.

Training and Supervision Cert
If you choose this option you'll also join the 6 month supervision listed in the description of the training. We'll meet on Fridays from 3:30-5:00 to help you create your Ecotherapy Practice from Winter through Spring and you'll receive an Ecotherapy Certificate Showing that you have all of the skills and organizational background to practice Ecotherapy. By registering for Supervision before the training you'll save $50 as the Supervision will cost $200 on its own.
